4.1 Deposits. soloph accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and local bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the soloph platform at the time of transaction.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. soloph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
4.3 Verification. soloph may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested by soloph for this purpose, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
4.4 soloph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4.5 Funds in your soloph account do not accrue interest. soloph is not a bank and your account balance does not constitute a deposit in any financial institution.
5.1 soloph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.
5.2 Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Where a player attempts to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, soloph reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings derived therefrom prior to processing the withdrawal.

9.2 soloph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your soloph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 soloph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
